Google Sites for Educators

MPS is pushing teachers to use Google Sites as the web host for teacher websites, instead of the older Urban Planet that we have used in the past. Using Google Sites means individual teachers own the information, instead of MPS, and also allows for a lot more functionality and creativity of the sites. Please send the link to me when you are ready to publish it. 

For an example: Waite Park Community School à Classroom Pages à 2nd Grade à Ms. Morris.

Add MPS Google Drive Link to your Teacher Google Site

  If you want to link your student’s google drive to your teacher site use the (huge!) link below, it will bring them to the MPS specific google drive link. To add it so it displays as a page (at the top of your website) hover over the plus on the “pages” tab, choose link. Paste the crazy long link into that box and save. It will pop up at the top of your website.
